She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ernest Simon; her children, Brian Simon (Cheryl Glassman), Karin (Bernard Fresco), Michelle (Stanley Flax) and Amy Simon; her grandchildren, Jessie, Jim, Joey, Jess, Jake, Juline, Adam, Estee, Mike, Danielle, Michael and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Asher, Ella and Evelyn.
