She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Theodore Gold (Teddy); her siblings, Harvey Maron and Beverly Maron; and her siblings-in-law, Eileen and Dr. Michael Gold.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Gold, Joanne Gold Cummings (Richard Cummings), Lynda Gold (Mark Lazarus) and Norman Gold; her grandchildren, Gabriel Simms, Amanda Simms, Jordan Cummings, Daniel Cummings, Tova Rose, Ariel Simms, Lindsay Springer, Angela Cummings Shiffman, Adam Shiffman, Ashley Gold and Lucas Gold; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Evan Cummings, Zale, Mazie, Izaiah Springer-Simms, Avery Simms, Izzy and Jared Shiffman; her brother Stephen Maron; and her nieces and nephews, Harriet Gold, Neil Gold, Cathy Maron, Marlene Maron, Mark Maron, Michelle Maron, Martin Tratt and Jonathan Tratt.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Jean Talon St. W. H2A1Y7). A shiva was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
