He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Paul Shepherd, Jennifer Smet (David), Shailer Shepherd, Sherry-Lynn Donell, Cheryl Foster, David Foster (Kimberly), Darren Foster and Louie LeBlonc; his grandchildren, Shelby, Davis, Courtney, Nigel, Kyle, Jacob, Megan, Micah and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Nichole, Alyssa and Emersyn May; and his siblings, Arnold Foster, Sharon Donovan, Marion Smith (Jack), Raymond Foster, Reginald Foster (Ann), Linda Foster, Orval Foster (Denise) and Cynthia Broad (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
