He was predeceased by: his brother Jules Kofman; and his parents, Bessy Pickard and Barnie Pickard. He is survived by: his sister Joan Kofman; his niece Wendy Sklar; his nephews, Peter (Lori Kofman), Tom (Karen Kofman) and Bobby (Jane Kofman); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Robyn (Toben), Rachel, Jordy (Courtney), Mikaela, Hanna, Josh, Elyse, Jeremy and Hallie; and also, Lee, Harper, Jules and Brooks.
