It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allan Lewis (North York, Ontario), who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth (Sylvia) and Thelma; his children, Jake (Shae) and Tori (Linda Lewis-Daly); his brother Paul (Pauline); his cousins, Catherine and Norman; his niece Melanie; and his nephews, Michael and Jimmy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Regeneration Community Services (http://www.regenerationcs.org); an organization that was very important to David.
