We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2019, at the age of 49, Angela Coniditsiotis (North York, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John. She is survived by: her mother Anna; her sister Maria; her brother-in-law Luciano; and her nephews, Anthony and Nicholas. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
