Adina was loved and cherished by many people including: spouse Naim Nissan; children, Ray Nissan (Susan Levinsky), Ruth (Mark Shaffer) and Talia Elkayam (Adele Nissan); siblings, Carmi (Ruth Hay) and Gideon (Batya Hay); grandchildren, David, Daniel, Jonathan, Joshua, Gabriel, Jennifer, Arianne, Jacob and Caitlin; and great grandchildren, Corey and Jonathan.
