We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Adam Stanislaw Kowalchuk in North York, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Richard and Kim; his grandsons, Adam and Daniel; and his nephew Stephen Kozak.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Service and Visitation will be Private.
