He was predeceased by: his father Mike Campbell; and his brother Paul Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Penina Massan; and his siblings, Peter Campbell (Lorraine), Deborah Rae, Marshall Campbell (Rosaline) and Donna Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
