It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Lillian Goddard of North Cobalt, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Matchett and Mabel Matchett; and her siblings, Mary, Betty, Audrey, Pat and Tom.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Goddard; her children, Kimberley Coutts (Steven), Darlene Goddard and Kevin Goddard (Chantal); her grandchildren, Bethany, Jessica (Evan), Alexander, Kristen and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Khloey and Hazel; her grandson-in-law Rob Arbour; and her siblings, Sandy Quehe (David) and Brenda Gough (Michael Matte). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
