He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathryn Poulton-Belanger; his children, Paul, Elise and Phillip; his stepson Dawson [Victoria] Loach; his sister Cindy McKay (Daryl); his parents, Aurele Belanger and Elaine Belanger; and his pet Mia. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
