She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Dufoe; her mother Noella Roy; her brother Ronald Ryan; and her pets, Coco and Mitsy.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Ryan Weir) and Gordon; her granddaughter Kendall; and her stepgrandchildren, Abby and Marshall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy can be made to the North Bay Humane Society or any other local pet rescue to honour Yvonne's love of dogs.
