He was predeceased by: his siblings, Yvette Tremblay (Joe), Julien Guillemette (Lucienne), Fernand Guillemette (Rita), Gérard, Rita Gauthier (Ernest) and Antoinette Voyer (Normand).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Guillemette; his children, Lianne (Eric Foisy), Suzanne (Jacques Ouellette) and Julianne (Donald St Pierre); his grandchildren, Kamie, Pascal, Syarah, Katryne, Alexa, Patrick and Tiny; his great grandchild Declan; and his sisters, Angeline Desloges (Hervé) and Irene Dégagné (Jérome).
Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre in memory of Vital will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
