He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bissonnette and Marie Bissonnette (Lafontaine); his stepbrother Noel Bissonnette; his sister Joanne Gioventu; and his daughter Sue Bissonnette.
He is survived by: his significant other Elsie Wilkinson; his sons, Pete and Eric; his grandchildren, Hunter, Liam, Jenna, Kayla, Hannah and Joshua; and his siblings, Suzy Peterson (Joseph), Geoffrey and Jim (Lyn Thompson).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Callander Legion (345 Lansdowne St, Callander, ON P0H1H0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Bay Regional Health Centre or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
