He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette and Patrick Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Renée Madigan (Baril); his children, Daniel (Anne), Kathleen (CJ) and Jennifer (Tyrone); his grandchildren, Tait, Presley, Sadie, Naomi, Gabrielle, Austin, Carter and Mila; his siblings, Lorraine (Elmer), Mike (Doris), Yvonne (John), Catherine and Debbie (JP); his brother-in-law Randy; his close friends, Brent and Dave; and also, Brigitte, Marc, Luc and John.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Patrick's memory to North Bay Serenity Hospice.
