He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Cousineau (Omer) of North Bay; his stepson Kevin Moss (Laurette Dolbeck) of Sudbury; and his siblings, Rose Hart (Jim) of North Bay, Karen Bartley of Belleville, Theresa Horn (Roger) of Belleville, Jim Higgins (Julie) of Belleville, John Higgins of Belleville, Maryann Higgins of Belleville and Danny Higgins.
