It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilian Fay Maynard (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lilian Fay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lilian Fay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswald Maynard and Violet Maynard; and her siblings, Leotta MacIsaac (late Joseph), Ruth Read (late Merle), Bertha Ranger (late Alex) and Bud Maynard (Claire). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Squadron Royal Canadian Air Force Hall (406 First Ave. W, North Bay, ON P1B3C4).
