With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Grenville Purdon (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McGuinty Funeral Home (591 Cassells St, North Bay, ON P1B3Z8). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pro Cathedral (480 McIntyre St W, North Bay, ON P1B2Z4).
