He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice McGuinty Sr. and Angeline McGuinty; and his siblings, Fay (Vincent), Colleen and Maurice.

He is survived by: his daughter Madison; and his siblings, Karen (Sarlo), Allyson, Conway, Everett (Seungwan) and Darin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
