He is survived by: his wife Janet (McRae); his brother Victor Hazelwood (Lena) of Port Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Mervin Byers of Mattawa, Frank McCrory of Ancaster, Reggie (late Shirley), Ray (late Marion), Rawleigh (Beverly), Connie and Carolyn (Wayne).
