He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Bouchard and Digna Bouchard; and his wife Helen Bouchard. He is survived by: his children, Susan-Ann Beauchamp (Pierre), Bumpa, Daniel Beauchamp (Lisanne) and Amanda Beauchamp (Phil); and his caregiver Ryan.
