He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brooks and Laura Brooks (Capes); and his siblings, James Brooks, Jessie Alkerton and Mildred Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Jean Brooks (Billow); his children, Doug Brooks (Debbie), Nancy Davis (Russell), Judy Brooks and Robert Brooks; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jonathan, Sandy, Scott, Emily, Elizabeth, Eliza, William and Jessie; and his sisters-in-law, Della Graham (John) and Judy Hodgins (Ralph). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In memory of Ross, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
