He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Murray and Margaret Murray (Barnhardt). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Murray (Malanka); his children, Christine Murray (Brian Bax) and Dan Murray; his grandchildren, Ashley, Danielle (Gary MacDonald) and Daryka Murray; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Aubrey, Caroline MacDonald and Farrah Murray; his siblings, David Murray (Carol) and Sheila Murray (Andy); and his brother-in-law Edward Malanka (Margo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In memory of Michael, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by family.
