He is survived by: his spouse Catharina (Eyndhoven) of Vries; his children, Hendrik of North Augusta, Richard of Martinsburg, WV, Patrick (Tanya), Steven of North Augusta, Katrina of Brockville and David; his siblings, Johanna Hart (late Orlin) of Vries, Jan Minkhorst (late Gerry) of Vries, Rita Louwerse (Bill) of Vries, Betty Visser (Ralph) of Vries, Thomas of Vries and Charlie "Jan" of Vries; his siblings-in-law, Lucia Nix (Bill) and Peter Eyndhoven (Judy); and his parent Hendrika. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
