It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Ellean Carter of North Augusta, Ontario, who passed away on December 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Ellean Carter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold R. Carter; and her parents, Orval Ralph and Pauline Ralph. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Armstrong (Mike Mellon) of Brockville and Terry Carter (Terri Lyn) of New Lowell; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Shania Armstrong and Ben Carter; and her sisters, Mary Lou Hudson of Toronto and Joan Alkerton (Bill) of Toronto. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
