He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cassis and Fanny Cassis; his former wife Connie Cassis; and his close friend Maureen Percival. He is survived by: his siblings, Sylvia, Ethel, Mary, Jack, Bob and June Turner; his son Tory; his daughter-in-law Maureen; and his grandson Leland Cole. He is also survived by loving extended family and Victor's many nieces and nephews.
