He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate McMillan and Fred McMillan; and his sister Edna Marie McMillan. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Keefer (Ralph), Doug McMillan (Lori), Darlene Yardley (Richard), Cheryl Bomberry (Carl), Scott Wenige and Morgan Wenige (Tia).
