He was predeceased by: his parents, Jabez Slack and Lelah Slack. He is survived by: his wife Fern (Hall); and his children, Lynell Hallema (late Jack), Orval (Daphne), Sheryl Galer (Doug), Diane Zelem (Larry) and Wanda McLellan (Ted).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home Chapel (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.
