He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Boudreault and Grace Boudreault (Bedard); his sister Alice; and his brother-in-law Jerry O'Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Boudreault (Blackmore); his children, Delcina Dixon (Paul), Dean, Leonard and Jason Boudreault; and his siblings, Ted Boudreault (Deborah McLoughlin), Maurice Boudreault (Darlene) and Louise Halyk (Malcolm). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation – Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
