He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley; and his sister Helen Amos. He is survived by: his children, John, Frank (Hazel), Danni Cook (Mark) and Lori (Alan); his siblings, Ronnie and Louise Steinman; and his pets, Lucy and Zowie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
