He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Elaine (Boyd); his parents, Stewart and Mabel (Shuttler); and his siblings, Doug (Anne), Gerald (Sharon) and Shirley Forster.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve and Dan; his children-in-law, Laurie Hamilton and Kristin Brown; and his granddaughters, Brooklyn, Kara and Rachel. He is also survived by many brother and sister in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
