She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Laking and Mary Laking; and her brother Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Christine Aird (Devin) and Michael Aird; her grandchildren, Isabella and Auston; and her siblings, Tom, Edith (Chris), Jackie (late Ben), Bill, Gary and Rick (Betty).
