She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Nelson Hart; and her parents, David Smyth O'Neil and Annie Louise Moore. She is survived by: her children, Brian (Mary), Erin Blain (late Alan), Gae and Michael (Debbie); her grandchildren, Cameron (Kumiko), Heather (Mark), Catherine and Katelin; and her great grandchildren, Mia Blain, Carter and Kase Hocevar.
