He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Beverley Dewar; his children, Crystal Campbell (Cliff) and Shelley Carrick (Nathaniel); his grandchildren, Shannon Carrick (Ernesto), Garrett Campbell, Dwight Carrick (Kory), Sterling Campbell (Megan) and Dana Campbell (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Noah, Emery, Onyx, Pearl, Charlie, Chelsea and Callie; his parents, Edward Kahl and Valera Kahl; and his siblings, Norma Sullivan, Victoria Elliott, Edward Jr. Kahl, Robert Kahl and Franklin Kahl.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Lantz, Muriel Lyons (Gord), John Kahl (Elaine), Madeline Kahl and Florence Hall (Frank); and his sister-in-law Lynda Kahl.
