He was predeceased by: his parents, Mavis Boyd (Thompson) and Robert Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Laurel Boyd of Innisfil and Ashley Boyd of Toronto; his grandson Willis Reid Nicholls; his brother Brian Boyd (Anne) of Magnetawan; and his former wife Lynn (Clelland) of Innisfil.
