He was predeceased by: his parents, Delima Amyot and Idasse Amyot; and his siblings, Viata Rancourt (Paul), Gérard Amyot and Jean-Baptiste Amyot (Marthe).
He is survived by: his spouse Hélène; and his children, Claudette Laporte (René) and Julie Leblond (Gilles). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Paroisse St. Vincent-de-Paul would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
