He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ross Stewart and Gladys Stewart-Powell; and his brother Garry Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, David (Diane Cote), Greg (Debbie) and Kirk; his grandchildren, Jeff, John Stewart, Victoria and Angel Cote; his sister Myrna Maxwell (George); and his sister-in-law Winnie Stewart.
