She was predeceased by: her siblings-in-law, Sunny Durward, Ron Summers, Don Nash and John Maffenbeier; and her parents, Annabel Durward and Charlie Durward.
She is survived by: her husband Pat of Tilston, MB.; her children, Lana Paisley (Darren), Tanya Batt (Mike) and Shawn Maffenbeier (Lexie); her grandchildren, Jessica Logan (Matt), Lindsay Van Eaton (Levi), Kyle Paisley (Jessica), Travis Batt, Kaitlynn Batt (Dylan), Jaden and Reed Maffenbeier; her great grandchild Laura Logan; her siblings, Isabel, Ronnie (Pat) and Gary (Diane); and her parents-in-law, Ethel Maffenbeier, Evelyn Nash, Ann, Bob Eberle, Phil, Jean Maffenbeier, Raymond and Susan Maffenbeier.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Muriel's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
