It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard Brien of Nipigon, Ontario, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Brien and Estelle Brien. He is survived by: his girlfriend Myrna McLeod; his girlfriend's children, Bob Delaney (Julie), Davis, Angela Colton (late Tim McLean), Emmett and Sophie; his children, Danny Chance (Trina), Makayla (Kensington), Shaun Devon (Joanne) and Mason (Treydon); and his siblings, Jack Brien (Linda), Diane, Kevin (Sally), Kallie, Kim, Kyle Milani, Lucie (Denis), Sherry-Ann Desjardins and Paul Brien (Brenda).

If friends so desire, donations can be made in Gerry's memory to the Church of Annunciation roof rebuilding fund.
