It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emilienne Labonte (Nipigon, Ontario), born in Packington, Québec, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Normand Labonte; her parents, Salva St-Pierre and Eugene Dube; and her siblings, Jean-Paul, Adrien, Jean-Baptiste, Rita, Stella, Gisele, Laura and Camille.
She is survived by: her close friend Edward Quint; her children, Denise Labonte (Guy), Gerard Labonte, Diane Labonte (Ron), Gerald Labonte (Carmen), Armande Labonte (Jason) and Roger Labonte (Tammy); her grandchildren, April Albert (John Marc), Emily Albert (Eric), Samantha Labonte, Denis Labonte, Kim Labonte, Sylvie Labonte, Shantay Labonte, Stephanie Labonte (Brandon), Janet Belisle (Patrick), Noella Labonte (Harold) and Angela Labonte; and her siblings, Gerard, Rosaire and Camilla. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
