It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Brzeczka (Niagara on the Lake, Ontario), who passed away on October 7, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Michael (Stacey), Brad (Regielyn) and Reggie; and her pets, Kobe and Frankie.
