She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Cristovao and Georgina Cristovao. She is survived by: her husband Alipio; her sister Rosa Cristovao; her niece Isabel Cristovao of Toronto; her brother-in-law Jorge Seco of Portugal; and her friends, Linda and Michael Freel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
