Kathleen Lewis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Lewis in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, born in Stoke-on-Trent, West Midlands, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Eric. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Neil (Jerry) and Malcolm (Megan Johnston); her grandson Tyler Neil (Lauren Cardoza); and her sister-in-law Sylvia Keen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
