With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Helen Penner (Niagara on the Lake, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Elvin; her children, Ronald, Janet, Stephen and Brian (Patty); her grandchildren, Tara Lynn, Jennifer, Matthew and Mya; and her brothers, John (Audrey) and Edward (Alice). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
