He was predeceased by: his son Damian; his parents, Agneiska Jakubiec and Hendryk Jastrzebski; and his parents-in-law, Helena and Bronislaw Kolcz.
He is survived by: his wife Janina; his children, Darek (Keana), Marek (Jessie) and Kat; and his grandchildren, Damon, Mia, Ozzy and Luka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel (5176 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E4E3). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Patricks Catholic Church (4673 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4B8).
