He was predeceased by: his siblings, Abel, Dora, Rita, Anthony, Hilda, Norman, Bertha and Mary; and his in-laws, Envern, Alyster, Harold, Alina, Lumina, Blanche and Albin.
He is survived by: his wife Alfreda; his daughters, Julia Rees (Art) and Sylvia Chase (Bill); his grandchildren, Andrew Chase (Halya), Brandon Chase (Caitlin), Robert Rees, Sherrie Gonta (Peter) and Lori Taylor (Sean); his great grandchildren, Colin, Owen, Henry, Alexander Chase, Julia, Carter Gonta, Tristan, Emma McDougall and Cynthia Rees; his siblings, Ethel, Earl and Hazel (Robert LeMesurier); and his in-laws, Edward, Paul, Allan, Kenneth, Giselle, Theresa, Anita, May and Tina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
