He is survived by: his wife Sadie Hayward; his children, Brian Smusiak (Marnie) and Andrea Collevecchio (Carlo); his stepdaughters, Kim Hayward (Mike) and Tanya Gratton (Mike); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Lucas, Braeden, Easten, Olivia, Bryce and Marlowe.
