Viola Diodati Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Diodati (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Michael Diodati; her parents, Angus Nichol and Lillian Nichol; her siblings, Margaret Cunningham (Archie), Roberta Millard (Lloyd), Lydia Welsh (Austin), John Nichol (Harriet), Robert Nichol (Eileen) and Boyd Nichol; her sister-in-law Barb Nichol (Daniel Nichol); and her in-laws, Domenic Diodati (Lilly), Charlie Diodati (Anne), Eleanor DelVecchio, Josephine Shubsda (Walter), Mary Puinno (Mike), Jean Diodati and Pat Diodati (Yola).
She is survived by: her close friend Dusty; her son Jim'JP' (Mike); her granddaughters, Megan Little and Jamilah Diodati; her daughter-in-law Fateema Shockry; her brother Donald Nichol (Maria); her siblings-in-law, Jean Nichol, Gwen Nichol and Jim Diodati (Mary Ann); and her friend Dorothy Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many godchildren.
In Nicki's memory, donations to Niagara Health Foundation's "It's Our Future" campaign (https://ofnhs.akaraisin.com) for the new Niagara Hospital would be appreciated by her family.
