He was predeceased by: his wife Malvina J. McCarthy; and his son Leonard H. McCarthy. He is survived by: his children, Ron (Lana), Janice (Jack), Barry (Gail), Philip (Mary), Kevin (Jane), Glen, Raymond (Patti) and Sheldon (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Andrea, Laura, Michael, Sean, Ashley, Caley, Jill, Jocelyn, Erin, Rachel, Andrew, Lindsay, Melissa, Lauren, Megan, Isabella and Declan. He is also survived by his family that grew to nine children, eight sons and one daughter.
As a family, it touched our hearts to witness the dedication Dad showed Mom in her last days of suffering with Alzheimer's disease.
