It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Voogt (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Voogt and Nell Voogt; and his sister Corrie Stam. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his daughter Julie Voogt (Lisa Kouretsos); his great grandchildren, Naomi, Nathaniel and Estrella; and his siblings, Harry (Joanne), Nellie (Wayne) and John (MaryAnn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.

It was like I had known him for my entire life. He was such a wise and caring person and I learned so much from him. He will be dearly missed by so many.
